Pitted Castelvetrano Olives

They have a creamy, buttery taste that is not too salty and a firm, crisp texture. You can enjoy them straight, add them to a nice salad or served as a perfect snack alongside a glass of white wine, compared to other olives the flavor is very mild, and they do not exhibit the bitterness that many green olives exhibit. They almost look like small mini apples. 

On occasion you could receive the brownish/yellowish olive green color because this depends on the harvest, area where they come from. We guarantee that their quality is terrific, and you will enjoy them. We mostly carry the olive shown in the picture*
