1. Garlic Stuffed Olive Brine (olives, water, garlic, salt, green peppers, Contains Sulfites)
2. Pimento Stuffed Olives Brine (olives, water, pimento pepper, salt, citric acid)
3. Jalapeno Stuffed Olive Brine (olives, water, green and red jalapeño peppers, salt, cayenne peppers)
4. Pitted Green Olive Brine (olives, water, salt, citric acid, contains Sulfites)
5. Mediterranean Olive Mix Brine (Olives, water, sunflower oil, chili, garlic, oregano, salt, citric acid, spices, olive oil)
6. Hot and Spicy Olive Mix Brine (Olives, water, sunflower oil, chili, garlic, oregano, salt, citric acid, spices, olive oil, hot sliced cherry peppers, crushed red peppers)
7. Kalamata Olive Brine (Olives, water, salt, olive oil.)

Great uses for our Brine

• You can brine onions, garlic, or any other soft veggies
•  Add to marinades for fish, meat, or poultry
• Homemade Salad Dressings! Nothing better than actually making them from scratch avoiding additional preservatives.  
• And for our martini drinkers, you can use olive juice if you make it dirty
• Put some pucker into your Bloody Mary with a tablespoon of juice.
• Electrolyte Replenishment! Olive juice helps to replenish your sodium, potassium and magnesium levels.
• Daily fill of antioxidants!
