Depending on where we are shipping to they might be slightly more pickled and not as Green as the New Pickles you get at the farmers market.
Shipping to the North East they will still be New Pickles.
“Fresh” is the word with our Half Sour Pickles! These are lightly brined to give you the ultimate Mild and Super-Refreshing Taste!
Shipping to the West Coast they will be slightly more pickled.
**May not be as green due to warm weather**
West Coast should choose 3 day select.
When you receive them you may see a cloudy brine, this is perfectly normal. They are in the process of “turning”.
Half Sour Pickles are second in popularity to only our Dill Pickles.
The good news about pickles is they are low in saturated fats and cholesterol and high in fiber. Vitamin A and Iron are also abundant in pickles.
The very best half sours anywhere. I have searched for 2 years after tasting these at Carnegie Deli to no avail. Received my first gallon 1 mth ago and am now ordering another! If you have never tried the half sours then you will never go back. Like heaven on my lips. ABSOLUTELY DELISH!!!! 5 stars.

We first tasted these amazing pickles when we visitied New York City; found them at delightful a little Farmer’s Market , and I thought I’d found Nirvana after trying the half-sours! Grew up enjoying them in Connecticut, but have been in withdrawal of late, as they are VERY hard to find in TX… Then gifted with a jar from a friend
– YUM! Lept for joy on finding out they could be shipped, and am now able to feed my addiction anytime! If you have never tried a half-sour (or think you don’t much care for pickles, you need to try these- crispy and delicious!

These half-sours are fantastic. I’ve tried almost every pickleiscious pickle, and I keep coming back to these. Living in the western half of the country, it’s hard to get real pickles… at first the full sours were my favorite, but these last a bit longer and get more sour the longer they sit in the refrigerator.

Love these half-sours! I love Ba-Tampe half-sour pickles but can’t get them in California so I tried these. Really very comparable. Love them!

My wife bought me a quart of these at the Rowayton Farmers’ Market. They’re so good I even eat them for breakfast and can’t wait to go buy a larger container for myself.

I love these pickles they remind me of the kind i used to get as a kid from the “pickle factory” while walking home from school. They do tend to get more pickled and darker the longer they sit so do not order more than you can eat within a couple of weeks. You can always order more!!! An you will.
VERY GREEN, CRUNCHY, AND CUCUMBER LIKE.

These are the best pickles I have ever had! Used to get them at my local farmers market when I lived in NJ, or the store in Teaneck. Now, I live in North Carolina and cannot find anything like them. I buy them by the gallon when I visit!

These are so superior to the pickles you purchase in the food stores, it’s absurd. It easily Matches the pickles I pick up in lower Manhattan!

With great anticipation we tried them. As with so many of these pickles, whatever the source, there is a bitter taste that becomes more pronounced after each bite.

My husband and I purchased a small container of the half sour pickles at the Farmer’s Market in Wayne. That was a big mistake. We should have bought the largest container they had. We finished it with just one dinner. They are by far the best pickles I have had in a long time. They are crunchy, which is what I love. I can’t wait to go next week to get more.
Our dill pickles have been made from the freshest cucumbers. We ferment our cucumbers in a brine made of water, vinegar, salt, dill, turmeric, and other spices. The pickle brine itself has many uses including helping athletes to avoid cramps. The dill and cucumbers add up to a snack rich in essential vitamins and minerals.
A tablespoon of chopped dill pickle can add spice and texture to a salad.
Not sure what you want? Try our “Pickle Sampler” A great way to try 3 of our most popular pickles. You’ll get 4-5 pickles (depending on size) of Full Sour, Half Sour and Kosher Dill.
Touchdown! Our Full-sours have connected with a healthy dollop of horseradish for a tastemaking sensation. Horseradish not only spices things up but adds extra snap as a natural preservative. Once bitten, you’ll never go back!
