for me, pimiento stuffed olives always came from a jar and they were basically all the same to me. i was especially happy to see the pickle licious stand at our farmers market carried these, since i didn’t have any for my caponata recipe. omgollygumdrops- i have NEVER experienced such a delicious olive in my life! my eyes have been opened, there is no going back, now. large, tasty, tender goodness. this caponata is the best i ever made! thanks pickle licious!
