Our dill pickles have been made from the freshest cucumbers. We ferment our cucumbers in a brine made of water, vinegar, salt, dill, turmeric, and other spices. The pickle brine itself has many uses including helping athletes to avoid cramps. The dill and cucumbers add up to a snack rich in essential vitamins and minerals.
A tablespoon of chopped dill pickle can add spice and texture to a salad.

I ordered this and the Hot & Spicy 1/2 sour. I dug into the kosher dill and I was amazed. It’s so good—so flavorful and crunchy. Looking forward to try the Hot & Spicy tomorrow morning as part of my breakfast. I will make sure to visit them in person at the farmers market in Chelsea one of these Saturdays.
